SHIPPING INFORMATION

Only Kosher Candy shipping department ship out orders Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped either via FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority mail. Smaller orders may be sent via USPS First Class Mail.

Orders placed by 1:00pm EST will usually ship the same day unless a later ship date is requested.

During checkout you will see estimated delivery dates and that is not a guaranteed delivery date.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping across the US to help reduce your shipping costs. Standard shipping is 5-8 business days and does not have a guaranteed delivery date. We suggest that you check all your shipping options to see which rate fits your needs the best.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

All orders containing chocolate that are shipped during the warm weather months will incur a $5.95 fee per $150 of merchandise ordered. We will send your package insulated and packaged with ice packs. If you feel it is not necessary to have the warm weather shipping option, you can remove that during checkout. If you would like to add warm weather shipping to your candy order, that can be added during checkout.

Please be advised that when warm weather shipping is added to the order, to avoid prolonged exposure to heat, we cannot ship heat sensitive products over the weekend. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date so that it will not be left outside in the heat as it will melt if left in the heat.

We advise that you use a 1 Day shipping method for safest results. A maximum transit time of 2 days is acceptable but not recommended.
